This auction features Ponderosa knotty pine tongue and groove OUTS. This means that there may be some loose knots, tongue damage from a forklift, or other minor defects that will need to be removed from the material when installing it. We can show you how to cut this to maximize coverage.
Patterns: Please refer to the individual item for pattern diagrams as this auction has 3 different patterns. All the material have one pattern in common which is the v-grooves top and bottom edges(WP4).
Inspections: Inspections can be done any time, Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 4 pm until auction close. The removal day is not an inspection day so please get your questions answered before then.
Alternate Removal: Alternate removals will be allowed with prompt payment on the published removal/payment day.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers. Enclosed vehicles or other inappropriate vehicles will require hand loading by the buyer.
