The pick up date for items won in this auction is Thursday, October 23, 2014, between 8am and 5pm CDT. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THIS DAY DURING THESE TIMES, PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER BIDDERS AND DO NOT BID. Please do not ask for an exception.
Highway Construction Update: The Highway 7 overpasses over Louisiana Avenue have been completed and traffic is flowing in both directions using restricted lanes. There is an exit from Hwy 7 westbound to Louisiana northbound only. There are NO other exits or entrances open from either road in either direction. This major intersection is very near our St. Louis Park Showroom. It catches a lot of drivers by surprise and causes delays. For the time being, avoid the Hwy 7 & Louisiana intersection. Use Minnetonka Blvd as an east-west alternate to Hwy 7. Keep an eye on this space for future construction updates.

Inspection & Removal

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping: If you need your purchase shipped from this auction, please email Troy (troy@everydayshipping.com). Please include the name, location of auction, bidder number, phone number and brief description of items to pickup. You can also forward your email auction bidder receipt which has all the info Everyday Shipping needs. Everyday Shipping generally makes one pickup per week at each location. Your order is ready to ship when you receive a Paypal email invoice for shipping.
