This sale in Dayton is a D-Y-N-A-M-I-T-E Sale! Loaded with amazing yard decor and home furnishings and decorative items. All of the statues/outdoor items have been displayed outdoors and have wear consistent with being stored outside. Some have light pitting from the elements; as you would expect from being displayed outside. A few have some crumbling which is pictured. Overall, the items are in good to very good condition. Beautiful items in this sale.
PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being held in a private home and the home is SOLD. We are limited to the pick up/removal time and date as noted. We do not have flexibility in altering the date and time available. We are under a strict deadline due to the timing of the house closing. If you purchase something and miss the pick up, you will forfeit your item and no refunds will be provided.
*****If you are a winning bidder, you will need to make sure you can pick up your items during the scheduled pick up time. If you have a family emergency or something that prevents you from picking up your item, you will need to find an alternative person to pick up your item. We are stressing this because the house is sold and we cannot leave any items in the home after the pick up/removal day has closed.**** There are NO exceptions.
You will need to bring any necessary tools if an item requires it to be dismantled prior to removal. Bring help to lift and carry larger items. Thank you.

Late removals should not be expected. A $25 trip charge per item will be charged to schedule late removals. We cannot accomodate special dates and times for pick ups. The removal schedule is set for a specific date and time for a reason. Please review the removal schedule and make sure you are available on those dates/times. Thank you.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
