This is a charming home in Apple Valley that the owners are selling and desiring to start fresh with their new residence. With this desire, the collection of fine furniture and decor is looking to be sold. All the items are slated to be sold. This house has been loved and shared with friends and family through the years showing the collection of their travels. The home is both smoke free as well as pet free. Due to the selling of the home, there is a tight time frame for the pick up (1 day for 7hrs ONLY). If you are requiring something to be shipped, please communicate promptly to coordinate payment and S&H plan (ideally before 1:00pm on 11/01/2020).

Sales Tax
