Very fun estate auction. It is part two of an auction that we already completed. This auction to include many household decor items including lots of baskets, artwork, figurines and more. To also include furniture, Christmas decorations, general household items and so much more!
MASKS required at pick up and please adhere to proper social distancing.
PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being held in a private home that has been SOLD. Therefore, we have limited access to the home and limited time for pick up. PICK UP is on the scheduled day only. We are not able to honor specialized individual pickup date and times. Please make sure you or a friend or family member is able to pick up your items. Thank you.

Late removals should not be expected. A $25 trip charge per item will be charged to schedule late removals. We cannot accommodate special dates and times for pick ups. The removal schedule is set for a specific date and time for a reason. Please review the removal schedule and make sure you are available on those dates/times. Thank you.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
