The home has a single lane long drive - just one car at a time for removal. You'll be queued under the yellow canopy on the street to verify payment prior to removal and to expedite retrieval of your items. I know it can be challenging but our goal is to get you on your way as quickly as possible.

All items sold as is/where is. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect and evaluate any/all items prior to placing a bid. There are NO Refunds, No Returns.
Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
