As with all auctions, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding. All vehicles are sold strictly ‘as is / where is’ - No Warranties; written, verbal, implied, or otherwise. No refunds, credits, or discounts are offered. Please inspect this item before bidding - Pick-Up Day is NOT Inspection Day.
It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. A ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding. As with all used cars, this car may come with typical used car issues, including minor mechanical issues and past due maintenance. By placing a bid on this auction you agree to abide by these terms.
If an item states "Tested and Works or Runs" in the description it means that the item was turned on by one of the NPS Auction Staff. It DOES NOT guarantee that the item works perfect or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Please inspect each item to know what you are buying before bidding on the item. No refunds will be given after the auction ends.
If you are unable or unsure if you'll be able to pick up or pay for your items by the specified time, please do not bid.

Loadout
Pickup times are only as listed.
Failure to pay for and pick up items at the listed load out time--whether deterred by weather, ill health, malfunctioning transportation, family emergency, act of God/Buddha/SpongeBob, or scheduling conflicts--will result in your account being marked as a no-show and will put your bidding privileges with K-BID in jeopardy. We suggest someone else pick the items up for you in case you can't make it.
If you have already paid and cannot pick them up, please call us to arrange for storage. Storage is $20 per day payable in CASH ONLY at the time of pickup (limit 7 calendar days). If we do not hear from you by 7/21/21 at 9:00 AM, we will consider the vehicle abandoned with no refund.
Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during pickup times.
The Auctioneer, NPS Enterprises LLC, and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. All buyers will be required to sign a Liability Waiver prior to removal of your items.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
