Used Cars come with used car issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections.

"Paid" Items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a $100 a week storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made. "Paid" items not picked up within 30 days are considered abandoned and will once again be property of 3 River’s Trading Sales, Inc. with no refund to buyer.
Tax, Title, and License is the responsibility of buyer to register vehicle in their particular State. Title will be provided to buyer by 3 River’s Trading. Within 45 days after payment and pick up of vehicle.
In accordance with ND laws, the title will be mailed to buyer by Certified Mail within 45 days after 3 River’s Trading has received verified funds. 3 River’s Trading will provide a North Dakota buyer a temporary registration. If the buyer is from any other state, a drive out registration will be provided. Buyer is then responsible for bringing the title and purchase agreement to their local DMV to transfer the title to their name. Buyer is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the title transfer process

Inspections: By Appointment ONLY. Inspection is encouraged so you can bid with confidence knowing that this equipment is the condition you are expecting. You will need to call 701-403-1077 to set up an appointment. We try to describe every item with full disclosure. If you bid without inspecting a lot then you are forfeiting the right to any refunds.
Payments: All items MUST be PAID by pickup date for all auctions. Items not paid for by close of pickup day will be marked as no-show, items will be forfeited and bidding account will be suspended.
Checks: Will be accepted with prior approval
Pickup: We will only hold items if paid for by pickup day and with prior approval. Our space is very limited! Items won that are not paid for on the pick-up day will be forfeited and set as 'no-show', items will then become property of 3RT. We will not hold them for the winning bidder unless payment and other arrangements have been made by calling:

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
