ON-LINE PAYMENTS THROUGH K-BID may be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Maximum credit card purchase is $5,000.00. Purchases above $5,000.00 must be paid by wire transfer or certified bank check.
IN PERSON PAYMENT MAY BE MADE AT TIME OF PICK UP by Visa, MasterCard or American Express, cash or local pre-approved check up to $5,000.00. Applicable sales tax will be added to invoice of all purchases.
ON-LINE BUYER’S PREMIUM OF 13% will be added to all purchases.
Tax exempt dealers: Please provide your State of residence or business current tax exemption form to K-BID at notification of your winning bids, or directly to Auctioneer by email or in person when you come to pick up your purchases.

Everything sells AS IS WHERE IS. While every effort is made to disclose known defects and flaws that will substantially impact value, bidders are encouraged to take advantage of the preview schedule. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned and flaws and wear and tear should be expected.
Ownership transfers upon payment in full for your purchases. Should a dispute arise during or after the auction between bidders, Auctioneer and K-BID records shall be conclusive in all respects. This is a privately owned and operated auction company, and it is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only.
Bids shall advance only as indicated by the increments published in these terms.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available for all items on this auction through a local shipping broker. .
If you have a preference (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) please let us know by calling or emailing us with your bidder number. Otherwise, the most economical shipping method will be at our discretion.
A handling fee of $5.00 in addition to the shipper's rate will be charged by Auctioneer separately by credit card, after the actual cost of shipping your items has been determined.
Your items will NOT be shipped until you have notified us of your preference, and the shipping fee has been collected.
