We do our best to ship items in a timely manner. That being said we are an auction company, not a shipping company.
If you are expecting your items in 2 days do not bid. We try to get all items shipped out the following week but sometimes our schedule does not allow that to happen. Our ongoing promise is to ship items out as soon as possible but on occasion that may be up to 7-10 days.
We Use Spee-Dee Delivery & Spee-Dee Freight for any shipping in their service area.
Anything outside of Spee-Dee's service area we use UPS, Fed-Ex & USPS for smaller packages.
We wish to provide an economical shipping service to our bidders. We do not use shipping as a way to profit from our auctions.
We only charge you the shipping charges, in addition to any time and materials we have in the shipping process, nothing more!!
Most smaller shipments through Spee-Dee range between $15-$30 all in.
Framed Artwork is shipped through our local UPS store. A $10 handling fee will be added to what the UPS Store's charge for shipping
Any Pallet or Freight Shipments outside of Spee-Dee's service area need to be arranged and handled by the successful bidder. We will load your items on the truck, but will not make any of the shipping arrangements.

Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday April 29th 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM or Saturday April 30th 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Successful Bidders must schedule an appointment for pickup!!! DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!!
Invoices will not be processed and no lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment!!!
Please Adhere to the time you schedule for pick up to limit the amount of people we have onsite at one time.
If you are not able to lift and load items that you purchased make sure to bring help with you for pickup. There will not be any assistance for loading of your items, you are responsible to bring adequate help with you for loadout of the items you purchased.
We can assist with our forklift for large items but you are responsible for all hand loaded items

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
