This Auction is a downsizing sale in St. Paul's Highland Park with many cherished family pieces, collector items; new and gently used home goods. Carefully read details. PLEASE NOTE: The auction items are located in a private home; therefore, we only have limited availability to the property. Pick-up/removal will only be on the scheduled days, with no exceptions. Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding to ensure you are available or can send someone in your place to pick up your items.
The opportunity to inspect is offered on Tuesday, November 1, by appointment only. You may request an inspection appointment by email sent to customercare@NVES.auction by Monday, October 31 at 5 pm. NVES will respond with the available inspection times and location. Pickup day is not inspection day.
All items are sold as is/where is. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to inspect and evaluate any/all items prior to placing a bid. There are NO refunds, NO returns.
Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and days. At the close of the pickup window, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs, and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal. If purchasing furniture or other large items, you will need to bring help. Our employees do not provide lifting or moving assistance.
No packing materials, including boxes, are provided for pick-up.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have their entire purchase before leaving the pickup site. We cannot be held responsible if you leave something behind.

Condition of items offered for sale
Every auction item is sold in "as is" condition, with no guarantees or warranties.
The opportunity to inspect is offered in accordance with the instructions under the auction’s detail tab. Pickup day is not inspection day.
Payment
Buyers must pay for items via K-BID online at the conclusion of the auction by credit card upon receipt of an invoice. Nostalgic Vibe Estate Sales requires a CREDIT CARD payment for your invoice. NVES does not provide payment options at pickup.
When the winning bidder's invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard at the end of the auction, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
The buyer is responsible for paying a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM (13% BP) calculated on the winning bid price (excluding sales tax and shipping cost).
Applicable sales taxes are included in your invoice.
Pickup and removal of purchased items
Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled.
The buyer must present a form of identification and payment receipt(s) or invoice number(s) at the time of pickup.
Unless the buyer chooses to ship an item (when offered), every auction item is sold "where is” for pick-up and removal by the buyer on the pickup dates and address provided by NVES to the winning bidders by email.
Buyers must be prepared to remove, pack and carry their purchase(s) on the pickup date and time in accordance with the pickup schedule that NVES provides. NVES will not help with moving heavy or bulky items; bring your own help to remove such items. The buyer is responsible for any damage to the premises caused by the buyer’s removal of such items.
You must pick up your purchases on the pickup days designated by NVES. NVES will not hold nor store your items. Items not picked up on the designated pickup day are forfeited, and there will be no refunds.
Entering the property indemnifies property owners/agents against any claims, damages, or liabilities (including but not limited to attorney fees) as a result of any injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Entrants agree to indemnify owners for any losses or damages. Entrants will not hold owners or its affiliates or contractors liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to their purchase.
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer Affiliate, Nostalgic Vibes Estate Sales, LLC (NVES); the NVES manager for this auction is Deidre Greene. By placing a bid on this auction, you agree to the auction specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID user terms and agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.

Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

NVES ships and insures all shipped items via Shipping Saint. You will be contacted via email to confirm shipping details and pay the shipping invoice. Both the K-Bid item invoice and shipping invoice must be paid prior to us shipping your item(s).
Smaller lots may be able to be bundled together.
Shipping fees cannot be calculated until the items are packaged, weighed, and measured.
Once the items have been sent to the shipping department and you have been sent an invoice for the shipping and packing, you cannot pick up your item(s); they can only be shipped.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number (if a tracking number is available). Items are sent out on average within 3-5 business days from shipping invoice payment.
Please email us at CustomerCare@NVES.Auction after your item has closed at auction and before the end of the removal dates if you have shipping questions.
Please verify before bidding that your item is eligible to be shipped. If you win an item that is ineligible for shipping and you cannot pick up your item on the scheduled removal days, no refunds will be available.
