Resold Auctions will be hosting a three day removal - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 3:45 pm. The yard closes promptly at 4 pm and the gates close. Please, allow yourselves enough time to be able to load all of your winnings before the 4 pm gate closing. About 25% of the lots are on pallets and the forklift team of three will assist you as quickly as they can. We would ask you to pull off to the open area to tarp and/or strap your load. The Timber Roots grounds are many acres, but we need to have maneuverability for the forklifts. Please, wear flourescent orange, yellow or green if possible.
Upon arriving checkin will be in the rear of the main office. You will be given a stamped "paid" copy of your invoice to continue to the warehouse in the NE corner of the grounds. One of the Auction team will greet you and assist you in locating your lots. We anticipate about 200 various buyers, so it will be an active 3 days. Please, have some patience if we are busy. We are a well oiled machine who will do our best to make removal a pleasant and easy experience.
You are responsible for loading your lots. Many of the doors are quite heavy and you should bring physical help. There are no doors on pallets. Bring any carts, 2 wheelers, straps, trailers and help that you will need. Resold Auctions staff are not allowed to assist in physical loading, as they are not covered for loading injuries as ownership has been transferred to the winning bidder.
If you would like delivery service of trusses, Timber Roots can set up a time at their convenience (down time) for delivery. The fees will vary by distance. You can check on a quote prior to purchase by calling Resold Auction Services at 218 585 8600.
If you have the time, we certainly encourage you to attend the preview day Friday, October 14, from 10 - 3:45.
Wadena is about the MN center point. 2.5 hours from MPLS north metro, 2.5 from Duluth, 1.5 from Moorhead, MN. Wadena is located on the crossroads of US HWYS 71 & 10. Timber Roots Truss is located on the north end of town across from the Walmart and just beyond Kal's Cars. Two different addresses exist depending on Mapquest, Google, etc...We will have signs out for your convenience. CERTAINLY WORTH THE GORGEOUS AUTUMN DRIVE!

Pick Up terms:
It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange payment/ pick up/shipping requests of all winning invoices.
1. Please note the specific pick up days and times for each auction. (note: we try to accommodate as many schedules as possible by providing 10 hours on pick up days)
2. All items should be paid and picked up no later than the close of designated pick up business day. Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your items for you or to have them shipped if you are not able to pick up yourself.
3. We provide shipping for most items at additional cost to the buyer. Please DO NOT PAY ON-LINE if you are shipping. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Resold Auctions to arrange shipping during the scheduled pick up days and times of each specific auction.
4. Any items paid or unpaid remaining at Resold Auction past the designated pick up schedule without prior agreement will immediately become subject to a $25 minimum late pick up penalty.
5. Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
6. There is a $25 penalty to reverse a No Show Status Account with Resold Auctions. This is in addition to any penalty for late retrieval of items.
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
On-line payments SHOULD NOT BE MADE if you are shipping. Call 218-585-8600 to arrange shipping and payment on the pickup days only.
We will be happy to ship your auction items for an additional $5.00 handling fee per invoice, plus the cost of shipping.
In the event of Over-sized items, the handling fee is $10.00 per invoice plus the cost of shipping.
If you want additional insurance added, it is your responsibility to let us know at the time you make shipping arrangements.
Our preferred method of shipping is through Spee-Dee, otherwise we utilize the most economic service alternative available for your area.
