This auction is an abandoned property storage unit and all one lot - winning bidder will have 24 hours to remove entire contents of unit. There is a $100 cleaning deposit which will be returned when unit has been completely emptied within the removal period..
Accepted method of payments: Online payments through K-BID are preferred, cash and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex). Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Invoices must be paid in full by end of removal day. Alternate removal times may incur a minimum $25.00 fee, payable prior to scheduling pickup.
Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Photos are provided for your convenience and do not provide a guarantee or warranty. Every effort is made to provide accurate description and condition, however it is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items prior to purchase.

We cannot guarentee to hold any items purchased beyond the removal date scheduled. If there are items that are not picked up after removal we may disgard of them at our discretion. Please be sure to review the removal schedule ahead of time!

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
