This auction is packed full of antiques and collectables, nautical themed items including ships and shells, Native American collectables, comics and artwork, original signed artwork by Faribault local Linda Van Lear, and so much more. Household and garage misc. household indoor and outdoor furniture and decor.
trove.Marketplace LLC invites you to browse our auction. We do our best to make sure that all lots, items and any flaws are as described to the best of our knowledge. Please view all photos and descriptions carefully. For this auction, we will offer a Facebook Live virtual Q&A and inspection on our trove.Stillwater business Facebook page in addition to any in person inspections.
We will try our best to have boxes available, however this auction is quite large so bring your own totes, boxes and packing material with you on pickup day to make sure your items get home safely.
If there are larger items you would like to bid on, delivery options are available to some locations. Please see auction details for more information. For our trove.Marketplace customers free delivery to the store for pick up is available. On pickup day, we will have someone available to assit you with loading your vehicle. To avoid wait times, please bring a helper. It's a beautiful drive and we will have bottled water.

We offer hassle free pick up. Simply show up between the hours listed to pick up your items. Pick up/removal is required for the day noted. If you are not able to make the required pick up date, please email and inquire about alternatives before bidding. This is an estate auction and all items need to be removed from the home in a timely manner.
Some Auctions may contain heavy items, please bring help to load your items. We may be able to assist with moving or loading. Delivery options are available to some locations for a fee. For our trove.Marketplace customers, we will offer free delivery to the store for pick up.

At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Late removals should not be expected. A $20 trip charge per Lot will be charged to schedule late removals.
By participating in this auction, you release trove.Marketplace LLC. and its affiliates of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping may be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our handling fees. Please check lot information to see if shipping is available. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
AFTER you have paid for your items on K-BID, a separate invoice for the cost of shipping will be emailed to you.
We can not ship your items until you have paid your K-BID invoice.
Smaller lots will be bundled together for shipment.
Shipping fees cannot be calculated in advance as the items have to be packaged and the package weighed and measured before shipping fees can be calculated.
Do not assume we will be available to ship your item. Check item information before bidding to ensure that your item is available for shipping. IF YOU WIN AN ITEM THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING, AND YOU CAN NOT PICK UP- NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.
