This is a relist of our 2nd in a series of an estate auction of items located on Mille Lacs Lake near Isle, MN due to a number of "No Show" bidders. Items on this auction include a '78 Thunderbird 2T car with only 23,034 miles in great condition, a 1971 6' x 8' trailer with wood sides, 2 push mowers, set of 3 tires and a lot of hunting & snowmobile gear. ALL ITEMS ARE BEING SOLD WITH NO RESERVE!!!
Items 1 & 2 must be picked up at the Isle, MN location on Friday 3/13 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. If you cannot make this day during this time period, there will be a $200 fee for an alternate time. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Items 2 & 3 can be picked up at our regular location at 23848 67th Ave, ~ Ste 2 St. Augusta, MN 56301 by appointment or at the Isle, MN location on Friday 3/13 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.
Be prepared to bring help and the proper equipment to load and haul away the larger items. Help will NOT be available to assist in loading.

ITEMS 3 - 4 ARE LOCATED AT: 23848 67th Ave - Ste. 2 St. Augusta, MN 56301, however, these items can be brought to the Isle location for the Friday pickup if the high bidder calls ahead and lets us know that this is where they want to pick up. Call Joe at 320-237-7828 if you wish to have these items transported to the Isle location.
Inspection Day is Saturday, March 7th from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm at the Isle location for items 1 - 2. Inspection for items 3 - 4 are by appointment only and are located at our regular location in St. Augusta, MN.
Pick Up Day for items 1 - 2 is Friday, March 13th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm ONLY. Alternate day or time will result in an additional fee of $200. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Items 3 - 4 can be picked up at our regular location at 23848 67th Ave - Ste. 2, St. Augusta, MN 56301 by appointment OR on Friday, March 13th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Isle location. Please note that Friday 3/13 is the FINAL DAY for PAYMENT. Anything after this day will result in being reported as a "No Show" bidder. Please bring proper help, equipment, etc. to load your items. Help will NOT be available to help load your item(s), so please plan accordingly.

Directions to our regular auction location (23848 67th Ave - Ste. 2 St. Augusta, MN 56301): We are located off of Hwy 15 South of St. Cloud (just North of Luxemburg) or just 2 miles South of I-94 (take the Hwy 15 South/Kimball exit). Take a right on County Road 47 (at the stoplight where Casey's General Store & Our Home is on the corners). Take the second left onto 67th Avenue. Go approximately 1/8 of a mile. We will be in suite 2 of a blue building on the left hand side. We are officially in the City of St. Augusta, but for mailing purposes can go either by St. Cloud or St. Augusta.

If you cannot pick up on the last day of removal, a $10.00 PER DAY storage fee will apply (PER ITEM/LOT). Unless prior arrangements are made AND storage fees are paid, items not picked up within one week after the final removal day or ON the agreed upon date, will be resold or disposed. Non-Removal Day Pickups are by appointment only! We are not a storage facility!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store. You are buying " AS IS Where IS". It is your responsibility to inspect your items. We do not inspect for you.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
