Milltronics Waconia warehouse is closing and moving to Indiana. Contents of the warehouse and office are being sold on auction without any reserve. MANY Lots of Metalworking tooling, CAT 40, CAT50, CAT5, collets, mills, Chicago 10 ft shear, large Vent hood. Warehouse Carts and dump hoppers, Desks, cubicles, file cabinets, Pallet racking, hand tools.
Milltronics has been in the process of moving for a number of months now and is at the point of closing.
Therefore you need to pick up all items on the specified days.
I would recommend bringing a 2 wheeler or extra help to speed up load out time.

Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date(s) will be considered no show and abandoned We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders. We have a forklift on site and will help you load larger items. STJ is not liable for any injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss or damage passes immediately to the bidder. Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.
IF YOUR INVOICE IS LESS THAN $75 I WILL NOT MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP TO THE WAREHOUSE FOR YOU TO PICKUP AFTER THE SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY.
Any items not removed by 5 days after the pickup day will be considered abandoned and will be resold. No refund will be given for these items.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
NO Shipping on this auction. All lots are big and/or heavy.

Shipping is available for additional cost. Please follow these instructions if you require shipping:

We charge a $10 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
