INSPECTION FOR THIS AUCTION WILL BE ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 16th FROM 10-2. AS A COURTESY TO OUR BIDDERS A TECHNCIAN WILL BE ON-SITE TO PLUG IN AND TURN ON THIS EQUIPMENT SO YOU CAN SEE THE ITEMS AT WORK. IT WILL BE A GOOD TIME TO ASK QUESTIONS AND DISCOVER WHAT THIS EQUIPMENT CAN DO FOR YOU.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE BUILDING GO AROUND BACK TO THE MAN DOOR LABELED SUITE 130. THE DOOR WILL BE OPEN. YOU CAN NOT GET IN THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots.
NO REEFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU PAY FOR ITEMS AND DO NOT SHOW UP DURING THE DESIGNATED REMOVAL SCHEDULE THE ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDON.

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
