This sale is being conducted in a private home; therefore, we have limited availability to the property.
Pick up and removal is on the scheduled day, Sunday March 17 10am-3pm only with no exceptions.
Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE BIDDING to ensure that you are available to pick up at our scheduled day and time or you are able to send someone in your place.
Special individualized pick-up date and time and late removal will not be accomodated. If you are bidding, it is your responsiblity to honor the date and time of pick up and removal of your winning bid.
In purchasing large heavy items you are responsible to bring your own help, materials, and a vehicle large enough to haul your purchase. No lifting or loading help will be available from our employees.
If you are the winning bidder and you do not pay for your items you will loose your future ability to bid on K-Bid Auctions per K-Bid rules and regulations.

At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Late removals should not be expected.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
