Used Truck Tractor, Equipment and vehicle auction. Some complete runnning units and some great items for spare parts.
Used consignment vehicle and equipment auction. Please feel free to call the office during 8-5 M-F to set up an inspection time. Inspect all items you are bidding on. Some items are impounded vehicles and have impound paper work to take care of at the dmv before being released. All items are sold AS IS.

Payments Options: We accept CC Payments, Cash, certified Checks. CC payments are capped at $5,000. At our discretion, we may take a CC payment over $5,000 but surcharges will apply.
Item Removal: You are required to remove your auction purchases on pick up day.
Shipping: we do not offer shipping at this point, 3rd party shipments can be arranged by the buyer but must be coordinated within the removal schedule.
Late Removals: Items paid for and not removed within the removal period are subject to a $100 late removal fee up to 7 days. An additional $100 per day will be applied after 7 days. After 30 days, items that have been paid for an not retrieved will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be given. You must notify us of your intent to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by the end of the scheduled auction removal period. Payment is always required during the removal period.
Unpaid Invoices: When the scheduled removal window ends, all unpaid invoices will be marked as ‘No Shows.’ If the high bidder of an item does not acknowledge the purchase, Cars Towing reserves the right to determine if, how, and to whom the auction item will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item will not automatically go to the next highest bidder.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Cars Towing of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
Disclosure: We do our best to accurately describe and photograph auction items, however all items are sold “as is, where is” – with no warranties or guarantees (written, verbal, implied, or otherwise). You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
