PACKING MATERIALS: No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site. We are not responsible for items forgotten or left behind.
LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture. Please bring appropriate help and an appropriately sized vehicle! As most of our auctions are conducted in private homes, some items may be located are upper or lower levels of the home.
NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated.
SHIPPING: If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you. We have no control over the fees they may charge. There are factors that will greatly increase the rate including the size and weight. i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight.
If you would like you would like your item shipped:
1. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL. We will not ship if unpaid.
2. Text 612-354-6974 with your name, bidder number and the auction title stating please ship my items. WE MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME CLOSES.
3. We will typically bring your item to UPS within three days of the pickup/removal date.

No Shows: When the scheduled removal window ends, all unpaid invoices will be marked as 'No Shows.' Lots paid for but not picked up are considered abandoned and are disposed of at the discretion of Your Turn LLC.
Late Removals: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $35 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. You must notify us of your intention to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by end of the scheduled removal period. Payment is always required during the removal period.

Removal Day Is NOT Inspection Day! Once a bid is placed, you are obligated to purchase if you are the winning bidder. This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE ON MOST ITEMS. AVAILABILITY OF, AND QUOTES FOR SHIPPING OR DELIVERY CAN BE OBTAINED UPON REQUEST BY CALLING or TEXTING OUR OFFICE AT 612-354-6974. SHIPPING WILL BE LTL OUTSIDE THE MINNESOTA TWIN CITIES. DELIVERIES WILL USE 3RD PARTY CONTRACTOR.
SHIPPING & DILIVERY COST MAY VARY BASED ON DISTANCE, STAIRS AND TIME FRAME.
BOTH THE AUCTION ITEM AND THE FREIGHT COST MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ITEM CAN BE SHIPPED.
IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO MANAGE ALL PICKUP AND SHIPPING ISSUES.
