All Major Credit and Debit cards are accepted through the K-Bid invoice, and this is our preferred payment method. We do accept Cash and Cards During the pick-up times. Wire transfers accepted for totals over $3000.00.
ITEMS THAT NEED SHIPPED MUST BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL AND PAYED FOR BY 12:00 NOON ON REMOVAL DATE.

The buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load.
All items in the lot must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, you’re responsible for taking all the items in that lot. Your bidding availability may be restricted if you don't follow these guidelines.
Items that are not PAID by the end of the pickup date will be considered a no show and abandoned! This could have a negative effect on your future bidding on K-Bid.com!
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Please verify that shipping is available on the items you are interested in. Each item will indicate whether we can ship it or not. QUESTIONS: Call 218-606-0904 or email mysterydealsshipping@gmail.com. FEES: $13 per box/package plus actual shipping cost, plus tax. We do our best to consolidate items in the same box. The price may go up depending on how much packing and handling is required to ship. We use SPEEDEE, USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Shipping Rates will vary depending on Size and weight. PROCESS: Should you win an item that is eligbile for shipping, please follow these shipping instructions: 1. Pay your invoice on your K-BID dashboard by Noon of the removal date. 2. Email us at mysterydealsshipping@gmail.com WITH SHIPPING and AUCTION ID NUMBER IN SUBJECT LINE 3. Include your bidder ID, name, phone number and shipping address in the body of that email. 4. A separate invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to your email on file, once paid, the item will be shipped. Please keep in mind that due to current High Fuel Charges and Carrier Driver Shortages there may be increased carrier delays and delayed shipping times.
