Removal
o You must schedule a pickup time for the date specified in the Removal section under the Details tab unless you choose to have your lot(s) shipped.
· Use the K-Bid Removal scheduler.
o Nostalgic Vibes needs an online or printed receipt from K-BID confirming payment before you can pick up your lots.
· The buyer must present a form of identification and payment receipt (or bidder number) at the time of pickup.
o Come prepared to remove your items.
· Bring suitable bags or boxes to pack and carry your items. The auctioneer does not provide packing materials or boxes.
· You must bring helpers if purchasing furniture or other large or bulky items. Plan for the necessary assistance, equipment, and tools for removal and transport. Nostalgic Vibes’ employees do not provide lifting or moving help.
o Make sure that you leave the pickup site with your entire purchase. NVES is not responsible if you leave something behind.
o The buyer is responsible for any damage to the premises caused by the buyer’s removal of their items.
o You release Nostalgic Vibes Estate Sales, LLC from any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the pickup site.
Unclaimed Winnings
Forfeiture: You forfeit your winnings if you pay your K-Bid invoice, but you:
Storage: We cannot guarantee storage of unclaimed items past the removal deadline. If we do choose to store your items, a late removal service fee will apply.
Condition of items offered for sale
NVES offers every auction item in “as is” condition, without guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. There are NO refunds, NO returns.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not offered for this auction, except for Lot 72, as noted in that lot's listing.
We ONLY accept credit card payments through your K-BID account!
We do NOT accept credit card payments at the pickup site.

Payment
o You can pay your invoice by credit card online through K-BID.com.
o Nostalgic Vibes does not accept credit card payments at pickup. You can pay by cash at pickup. No checks.
o By bidding in this auction, the winning bidder agrees to pay the invoice that appears on their dashboard at the end of the auction, which includes
· a 15% BUYER’S PREMIUM (15% BP) calculated on the winning bid price (excluding sales tax and shipping cost), and
· applicable sales taxes.
The bidder is obligated to NVES for their invoice(s) amounts.
o Buyers must pay their invoice(s) via K-BID online after the auction by CREDIT CARD upon receipt of an invoice.
** You must pay for your lot(s) by the close of the time scheduled for pickups, or your lots will be subject to forfeiture even if you have arranged for shipping,
No Show consequences
We process an unpaid invoice at the close of the pickup schedule as a No Show. The No Show buyer forfeits their winning bid. A buyer with an unpaid invoice incurs penalties imposed by K-BID, including possible suspension of bidding privileges.
All lots forfeited by non-payment of the K-Bid invoice remain the seller’s property; the next-highest bidder has no claim to undelivered lots.
