This auction has (2) Modular Buildings / Portables, both with Reserves.
Great one-owner units that are well-cared for and well-maintained. Currently in use; these units will make great classrooms, job site housing units and/or office spaces, or even a quaint lake house!!

- A non-refundable payment of 10% of the total will be due by Wed, 5/20/15 with the remainder due by Friday, May 29. If you can not make payment arrangements within this time frame, please refrain from bidding on these items. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE DAY SATURDAY, 6/6/15!! (NO EXCEPTIONS).
-Inspections will be "by appointment only" and can be set up by contacting Justin at (515) 249-8039. Payments can be made by contacting Justin as well.
-Removal will be entirely the buyer's responsibility. (Seller has moved portables previously and would be willing to give contact info of companies they have used if needed; contact Jeff J at 515-289-3980 for more info). Removal is available anytime from June 1 - June 6, 2015. DUE TO THEIR CLOSE PROXIMITY, LOT#1 WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED PRIOR TO LOT#2. With that being said, the buyer of Lot#1 should plan on a removal closer to June 1, rather than June 6 to accommodate!
-Both portables are located at Northview Middle School, 1302 N Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny, IA 50023. There are 4 portables at this location: Lot #1 is the far south portable, and Lot #2 is the one directly north of Lot #1.
-All descriptions are written to the best of my knowledge, but are in no way a replacement for an actual onsite inspection. Visual inspections are always recommended.
-All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All sales are final, and there are no warranties expressed nor implied.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is NOT available through the seller. Buyer assumes all costs of removal.
