Removals:
Please plan to pick up during the noted dates(s)/time(s). If Items are not picked up, the following will happen: Items will be forfeited. This is a private residence and all items will be cleared out following the end of scheduled pick up time. If you bid on an item and have not paid and/or picked up, your account will be locked so PLEASE PLAN TO PICK UP DURING THE SCHEDULED TIME.
Please bring adequate transportation, straps, packing material, boxes or any needed equipment. Items may not be wrapped or boxed. The staff is unable to assist with loading or moving or packing any items.
Communication is Key:
We can be flexible to a point, but please do not ghost us! Failing to communicate for a non-pay/non-pick up may result in a loss of K-bid privileges and/or additional fees.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
There are no items in this auction that are available for shipping. Please plan on picking up at the date/time window noted in the details.
When possible, please utilize online payment prior to pick up. This expedites the process. We can accept credit cards or cash on-site if needed. Sorry, no checks.
