Beginning this year we are changing our shipping procedures. From this auction, prior to requesting shipping we ask that you pay your K-Bid invoice and once your package(s) are put together and shipping is calculated we will email you a shipping invoice via Square.

For Card Auctions we will offer a PWE (plain white envelope) option for $2 shipping, packaging and handling. Your shipment must only contain 1 or 2 cards. This option is at YOUR OWN RISK, DOES NOT Have Tracking and Packrat Salvage is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or damaged cards.

** If you cannot make the pickup times and wish to make other arrangements for the item you bid on and won, please pay online and call us PRIOR to the end of the pickup time. Any items not arranged for by the end of pickup day will be considered abandoned and marked a no show. No exceptions. **
Paid for items will only be held for 30 days after the scheduled removal. If arrangements have not been made, these items will be considered abandoned.

If arrangements need to be made to remove items outside of the listed removal times, there will be a $50.00 fee payable at the time of meeting.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available for most items in this auction and MUST be arranged before the end of the removal time.
We try to get the shipping out the door by the following Wednesday after the removal dates.

Rates are $10.00 per package for packaging and handling PLUS actual shipping cost. We try to get all of your items in one box, sometimes it's not possible to do so.
Large items that can't be put in a manageable box will require freight. We will require the cost of time and materials to build suitable shipping containers in addition to the cost of freight itself.
We will ship via USPS or UPS, whichever rate is best. If your item requires purchase of special supplies this will be added to the cost.
If a Shipping Invoice goes unpaid for 30 day we will consider the item(s) abandoned and dispose of as we see fit.
