If the listed viewing times do not work for you, we’ll gladly arrange an alternative inspection time. Standard viewing hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All items must be paid for on the scheduled pickup date. Items will only be held if full payment is made on the pickup day with prior approval.

Title Processing & Insurance Requirements: HWY 27 Auto Sales (Dealer of Record: DT40465) is responsible for titled items in this sale. As of January 1st, Minnesota requires proof of insurance for vehicle removals. Please bring proof of insurance at the time of pickup. Title processing through the Minnesota DMV may take up to 4 months. Terms & Conditions:

Auction Closure Policy: Auctions will be closed within 3 days after the scheduled pickup date. If you are the high bidder and fail to pay for the items on the pickup date (either in person, via credit card, or by making prior arrangements), your bidder number will be deactivated.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
A 3% surcharge will be added for amounts exceeding $4,999 per card.
