Four islands that total 11 Acres on the Mississippi River. Formally used as a campground with an area to park your boat. Covered with Silver maple trees, and plenty of high ground for a river getaway or off grid cabin. These islands offer great fishing & hunting opportunities. They are located east of Royalton MN and about 1.5 miles south of the Nature Avenue Bridge. There is great fishing off of these islands with panfish on the east side and some great Muskie and walleye in the main channel on the west side of the islands. Plenty of ducks in the fall and surprisingly a good amount of deer bed down out there in the fall and winter. Access is by boat only, there is an access about a mile north and a campground with an access 1.5 miles south and many more access points to the south on the river. The new owner will receive a quit claim deed to the property that will be recorded at Benton county by the seller within 3 business days of receiving funds paid in full.
Any requests for using a closing company/Title insurance will be at buyers expense.
Once the auction is completed the buyer will need to inform Tony or Zach how they would like to take title to the property on the Deed.
