This auction features full units of 1x6x8 non-endmatched tongue and groove OUTS. This material is dual pattern with one side being standard edge v-groove and the other being edge and center bead. Please refer to the lot photos for pics of the patterns. The tongue and groove on this auction has a low reserve and will have some defects. We are happy to show you how to cut this material to maximize useage.
Inspections: Inspections can be made and Monday though Friday from 8 am to 4 pm until the auction closes.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers of appropriate capacity. Enclosed trailers or inappropriate vehicles will require hand loading by the customer.
Alternate Removal: Alternate removal days will be given with prompt payment on or before the scheduled pick up/removal day.
Questions: We would be happy to answer any and all questions any time Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm until the auction close. The removal day is not the time to ask product questions. Questions can be addressed by calling Troy at 763-226-8560.
Shipping: Delivery can be quoted and arranged separately by calling Justin at 763-482-4655. Justin will charge separately as he runs a delivery service separate from our company.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
