Pick up for these items is Sunday, July 27th from 9a-1p. THIS IS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE AND THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVE PICK UP DAYS OR TIMES AVAILABLE. PLEASE NOTATE THE TIMES AS THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Plan accordingly as all items will be removed following the end of pick up times.
Ensure you bring assistance for larger items and packing material for transport. The staff is unable to assist with moving. Most items are on the main level with furniture and framing items mostly on the lower level. This will require you lifting items up a flight of stairs. PLEASE BRING HELP FOR FURNITURE PIECES as staff is unable to assist.
Pick up address is in Oakdale Maple Grove on 48th St. N. Full address will be posted prior to pick up on the 27th.

Please bring adequate transportation, straps, packing material, boxes or any needed equipment. Items may not be wrapped or boxed. The staff is unable to assist with loading or moving or packing any items.
Additional Fees for RESCHEDULING PICK UPS outside of the posted pick up window:
None. There are no alternative pick up times available as this is a private residence. PLEASE PICK UP DURING THE SCHEDULED TIMES.
Reserves:
Fab Finds reserves the right to lower a reserve at any point during the auction time frame.
Communication is Key:
We can be flexible to a point, but please do not ghost us! Failing to communicate for a non-pay/non-pick up may result in a loss of K-bid privileges and/or additional fees for holding, etc.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

Parking: There is limited parking as this is a town home association and at the end of a dead end street. Please do not block other vehicles or other residences. You can park in the cul de sac prior to entering the private road. Large item pick up can come directly to the driveway. Please have payments made prior to pick up to ensure expedited movement in/out of the home.
