If Paying Cash for this property the funds must be received by May 27th, If financing is Involved the property must close by June 5th or the property will be put back up for auction and the winning bidder's earnest money will be forfeited to the seller.
Once the Auction has closed the Buyer is responsible for supplying the seller a Earnest Money Cashiers Check for $2000 by May 19th at 5 pm, If the buyer can not pay for the property in full by June 5th the earnest money will be forfeited to the Seller and property will be put back up for auction.
There is only a 5% buyers premium for this Property instead of the typical 10% buyers premium on other auctions.
