No Shows: When the scheduled removal window ends, all unpaid invoices will be marked as 'No Shows.' Lots paid for but not picked up are considered abandoned and are disposed of at the discretion of Your Turn LLC.
Late Removals: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $35 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. You must notify us of your intention to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by end of the scheduled removal period. Payment is always required during the removal period.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

How is shipping is calculated?
Our formula is: Postage + Box cost + Packaging cost (Tape, paper filler, tape, label) + Labor + Taxes = Total billed
To ensure a smooth transaction, please pay your original K-BID invoice separately, as a separate shipping invoice will be sent via Square to your email. Shipping requests must be made by the final pick-up day—any items not requested for shipping by this deadline will be forfeited.
Shipping and delivery are available for most items. To inquire about availability and obtain a shipping or delivery quote, please call or text our office at 612-354-6974.
Orders outside the Minnesota Twin Cities will be shipped via multiple carriers. Sometimes, multiple packages for one person will be shipped by two separate carriers to keep shipping costs down.
Local deliveries will be handled by a third-party contractor.
Online Payment Terms: All transactions are processed securely through our online payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards, Vemno, Square, Cash, and Quickbooks invoices. Payments must be completed at the time of purchase and prior to pick up of items.
