PAYMENT
Wire transfer, certified bank check or cash ONLY due not later than Wednesday September 24th at 12:00 p.m.
Auctioneer will give wire transfer instructions to winning bidder after auction closes. No removal until bank confirms payment deposit and all title work is complete. Clear titles are in hand and will be transferred when you pick up the trailers.

TERMS
Payment for titled assets to be made by wire transfer, certified bank check, or cash ONLY payable to Dailey Realty and Auction Service no later than Wednesday, September 24th at 3:00 p.m. Wire transfer instructions will be provided to winning bidder at the close of this auction.
BUYER’S PREMIUM of 15% with a $1,500.00 cap will be added to all purchases.
All bidders must register with K-BID according to their terms published below for this auction in addition to complying with these Affiliate terms.
Bidder understands that inspections are critical in their determination of value when bidding and should do so BEFORE advancing their bids. All inspections are by appointment only by contacting Affiliate Auctioneer Jay Dailey at 507-625-7653 for time and address information. Photos should be considered as part of the description. PICK UP DAY IS NOT INSPECTION DAY! No refunds, discounts or credits against your final winning bid price will be offered.
All assets on this auction sell AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties, either express or implied by the Affiliate or the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee. All titles have been verified clean and transferable and are in hand. Bidders are encouraged to do their own VIN check using the VIN # provided in the lot description.
While every effort is made to disclose known defects and flaws that may substantially impact value, bidders should take advantage of the opportunity to inspect in person. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned and flaws and wear and tear should be expected. No mechanical inspections have been made on the vehicles unless otherwise stated in the lot description. Any statements of general condition or visible flaws are opinions based on the Affiliate's visual inspection only.
Ownership transfers upon bank verification of payment in full to Affiliate's account, and completion of all title transfer paperwork. Affiliate Dailey Realty and Auction Service will be solely responsible for the transfer of all titles of the assets offered in this auction.
***Taxes and transfer fees will be calculated after the winning bid amount has been achieved. Title transfer and separate payment of transfer, tax, and document fees shall take place in person at the North Mankato DMV when you make your appointment for pick-up whether you are a dealer or private party. Please come prepared with your current driver’s license, dealer license (if applicable), and proof of insurance.
This is a privately owned and operated auction company, and it is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only. Bids shall advance only as indicated by the increments published in these terms.
Purchases that are not removed by the last posted pickup time without directly contacting the Auctioneer immediately to make alternative arrangements will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given to the purchaser and disposal of these items will be at the Auctioneer’s discretion. No exceptions!
Do not bid on this auction if you cannot comply with the payment, inspection, title transfer, and pickup instructions outlined in these terms!
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION

Tax and transfer fees will be calculated after winning bid amount has been achieved and are to be paid by separate check made payable to North Mankato DMV. Titles will be transferred when you come to pick up your trailer after all other terms and conditions have been met.
Removal of purchases by appointment only on either Wednesday September 24th or Thursday, September 25th between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. after bank confirmation of payment received and processed and all title transfer work is complete.
Purchases that are not removed by the last posted pickup time without immediately contacting Auctioneer to make alternative arrangements will be deemed abandoned. Come prepared with enough assistance and/or tools to remove your purchases at your scheduled pickup time.
Do not bid on this auction if you cannot comply with the payment, preview and pickup terms and schedule.
