Chalet boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pristine clear sand lake, swim, fish ~ this is the spot to spend summer (and winter) vacation. Enjoy the comfort of a five star hotel with granite counters, a stainless steel kitchen, tiled and hardwood floors! Relax in the HOT TUB in the master suite then enjoy the view from the balcony. There is a $200 refundable cleaning / damage deposit that is required to be paid by credit card prior to check in information being provided to the high bidder. This payment is made directly to the owner (and refunded by the owner, provided the chalet is left clean and undamaged). Information will be provided at time of invoice payment. A cleaning instruction 3 ring binder is left in the chalet so that there is no misunderstandings as to what needs to be done to receive the cleaning deposit back. If cleaning/damages are made that exceed the $200 limit, the owner has the right to charge the additional fees to the credit card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS. By bidding on this auction, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not have a credit card, do not bid!

Rental is good for up to 8 guests. Each additional guest is $20 per night per guest, plus applicable taxes.
Winning bidder/person checking in must be 25 years of age or older.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and Cashiers /Bank Checks. Sorry, no personal or business checks are accepted.
Items have to be paid for on the load out day(s). Load out day is not preview day! All items need to be picked up on pick up day. Alternate days will not be available.
Items that are to be shipped need to be paid for in full before shipped out. No items will be released until paid for in full.
Every effort is made to describe the items as accurately as possible. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect before bidding, to be certain that the item meets your standards and expectations. Our descriptions are not a substitute for your inspection. No refunds!
