This is a packed full storage unit. Measures approximately 30' x 40'. This unit is located off site. Address will be disclosed to those setting up an appointment for viewing and to the winning bidder at time of payment. This is being done for security reasons.
A deposit of $200 CASH will be required with the payment of the winning bid. If all items are moved out by noon on August 27th and the unit is broom clean, the deposit will be refunded. Any items left after Noon on August 27th will be forfeited and no deposit refunded. Your bidder number will be suspended and will not be reinstated until any removal costs are paid. Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
