Very nice auction starting with a John Deere Wide Ares Mower, and including 3 Snowmobiles and a GMC Truck. We realize this is not the most opportune time to sell snowmobiles and ice fishing equipment but the owner has a medical condition that will not allow him to use them anymore. There is nothing wrong with them and he would be keeping them if not for the health issue.

The items are at the Maintenance Sheds for North Links. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE NORTH LINKS GOLF COURSE AND ASK FOR DIRECTIONS. If you are coming from North Mankato stay on the road (north Links will be on your left Driving Range on your Right) keep going West past one house and you will see the grey tin sheds bout 200 yards from North Links). If you are coming from the east it will be the grey tin sheds on your right, about 200 yards before the golf course. I will have a sign out also.

Pick up is Tuesday from 3:30-8:00. If you cannot make this time a $35.00 charge will apply. Payment must be made before the end of pick up. if you are not able to pick up your item please call me at 507-625-7721 prior to the end of pick up. I have had a problem with people not showing for pick up times. If the time does not work for you please consider not bidding and letting a person who can make it win the bid.. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. PLEASE CALL FOR INSPECTION.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is NOT available for any of the items. You are responsible for making it to pick up time.
