All items have been tested. It is always best to inspect before buying. As with any auction it is your responsibility to inspect items before bidding. On that note we do try to be as descriptive as we can and take detailed photos. PLEASE READ OUR TERMS. DO NOT BID IF YOU KNOW YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON OUR REMOVAL DATE. PICK UP IS ON FRIDAY 2 October, 2015 and SATURDAY 3 October, 2015 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. All Items must be paid for and picked up at this time or is considered to be abandoned and will remain in the custody of SCMS Liquidators, to be disposed of as we see fit. We do not have a dock nor a forklift, we do NOT deliver, it is up to the winning bidder to bring enough equipment and help to load and transport their purchases.

Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP).
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected. At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

All Items not paid for and picked up on the last day of pick-up, Saturday, are considered abandoned and will be added to a future auction. SCMS Liquidators is NOT responsible for notifying bidders of the status of their bids.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

Please include the name, location of auction, bidder number, phone number and brief description of items to pickup. You can also forward your email auction bidder receipt which has all the info Everyday Shipping needs. Everyday Shipping generally makes one pickup per week at each location. Your order is ready to ship when you receive a Paypal email invoice for shipping from Everyday Shipping..

All items must be paid for on removal day and picked up by 4:00 pm on the Saturday following the Auction Close or they will be considered abandoned at that time.
