Doing cleanouts, buyouts and entire estate sales since 2018, Matt also states, " It's mostly emotional! People love their items, love choices, and love a good deal. Everything eventually gets passed to the right love match. I am like a matchmaker. What I love most about the auction business is seeing the assortment of items and the stories behind them."

While speaking to Matt, we couldn’t help but notice how channeled into his items he is. Like a good steward he believes what goes around comes around, for both the client and the item.

One example of this was a small designer coffee table that was stowed away in a back corner. It went to auction and unbelievably sold for $3,000! That one had good karma and Matt has a great eye for value. You never really know the entire history of an item, but he makes sure to treat them all with honor and preservation.
