We’re rolling out updates to the post-auction process designed to make the removal and shipping experience smoother, faster, and more consistent—for both buyers and affiliates. These changes will reduce confusion, cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth, and ensure a more professional experience across all auctions.

New: Manage Invoice Feature

The new Manage Invoice section is now live on your bidder dashboard. From this single location, you can:

  • Request shipping (if eligible)
  • Indicate your payment method or pay online
  • Schedule your removal appointment

Key Benefits of This Update

Standardized Removals:
All removals now require an appointment. You’ll easily select your preferred time from the bidder dashboard, and your invoice will clearly display all scheduling options in a refreshed, mobile-friendly layout.

Simplified Shipping Requests:
If your items are eligible for shipping, you can now request it directly from your invoice—no more emails or phone calls. Just click a button and your request is sent.

Built-in Communication:
Use the new notes section on your invoice to communicate directly with the affiliate. Whether it's a shipping question or a pickup clarification, everything stays in one convenient place.
