Payment Types Accepted:  Payment on your K-BID dashboard via all major credit cards, credit cards accepted on site, cashier's checks are accepted on site, and exact cash payments are accepted. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY(S). If payment is NOT received by the end of the removal date, items will be re-sold.  Please DO NOT bid if you can not pay and pick up your items on the scheduled removal day (unless other arrangements have been made).

Removal: Items are to be removed during the scheduled removal date.  Late removals should not be assumed.  A $50 fee will apply to alternative removal times without prior approval.  Items paid for and not removed with 7 days will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.  

Shipping: Please view the shipping tab for more information, and always look to see if an item is shippable before bidding. 

Disclosure: Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Photos are provided for your convenience and do not provide a guarantee or warranty. Every effort is made to provide an accurate description and condition of the item; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to verify condition, quality, count, dimensions, etc. during their own personal inspection.  

Refunds and/or Returns: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will NOT be accepted. Elevated Liquidations is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises. NO refunds will be given for abandoned lots. 

Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Elevated Liquidations of any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

VEHICLE PROCESSING:

As a MN Auto Dealer, we complete all title transfer paperwork for in-state titles and our fees reflect this process. In some instances, there may be a discount in these fees that can be corrected upon auction completion.  All vehicle-buyers will be required to pay a $200.00 document fee.  Out-of-State buyers will complete their own title transfers and pay only the doc fee. Auto Dealers are required to provide us with a copy of a current Dealer License prior to the removal of the vehicle.  The $200.00 fee applies to dealers as well. 21-day permits will be issued as needed.

IMPORTANT FIREARM NOTES: 

When you purchase a firearm, you will be required to pass a NICS check.  Plan on spending some time filling out the required paperwork to obtain a firearm.  If you are purchasing a handgun or rifle with a pistol grip, you will be required to have a valid permit to purchase or Minnesota Conceal and Carry permit.  If you do not pass the NICS check, the firearm will be resold on auction for you, but you are still required to honor your bid and pay for your purchase.  $25 (taxable) will be charged for the paperwork/transfer at the time of pickup or shipment for each firearm.   

When you purchase a firearm make sure you do the following:

1.)    Your bidder information MUST match your real name, identification is required.  

2.)    If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match your driver’s license.  

3.)    Your driver’s license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit MUST also match your bidder profile.

4.)    A NICS/Transfer charge of $25.00 (taxable) will apply to each firearm, no exceptions.

5.)  NICS checks are required EVEN IF the buyer has a permit to carry or permit to purchase.

Under Federal law, in order for a Licensed Dealer to lawfully transfer a handgun or militarized rifle to a person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the bidder’s State of residence. The bidder may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check fee, which can vary from that listed on the final invoice.
