We are hoping to have gun transfers available on-site on removal days, however in the event we are unable to do them on-site, bidders will have to go to Code 4 in Spicer to complete paperwork and NICS check.(Code 4 is located just a few minutes away in Spicer, MN)

When you purchase a firearm, you will be required to pass a NICS check. All firearms (no matter age) will require a NICS check. Please be sure to allow time filling out required paperwork to obtain firearm. If you are purchasing a handgun or rifle with a pistol grip, you will be required to have a valid Permit to Purchase or Minnesota Conceal and Carry Permit.

Bidder Information MUST match your real name, ID will be required.

If paying with a credit card, the name on card must match your DL or ID.

Your DL and Permit to Purchase/Carry need to match your name/bidder profile.

$30 NIC/Transfer Charge of $30 will apply to each Firearm.

Please Note: NICS check is still required even if you have Permit to Purchase/Carry.

We can ship Firearms; however the gun must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within your state of residence. You may then get firearm from chosen FFL upon completion of ATF Form 4473 and NICS check, there may be additional fees which can vary from that listed on final invoice.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
Account information and passwords must not be shared.
All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
- During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
- After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
Requires payment of:
- 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
- $25 reinstatement fee
A valid government-issued ID must be provided
Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

ALL SHIPPING/RELOCATE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY THE END OF SCHEDULED REMOVAL BY CALLING (320)382-4022. (If we have not heard from you by then, your shipping/Handling may incur additional $5 inconvenience fee)

It is buyer's responsibility to contact us via phone/email with card information for shipping.

~ Items that are Paid, but NOT picked up or do NOT have a Shipping Request by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered abandoned and become property of K.A.C. Storage/Inconvenience fees may occur.

~ Shipping typically has $100 insurance coverage (coins/currency exempt). Tracking numbers can be provided if needed.

~ Please make sure your Contact Information is Up to Date on your Account, if a package is returned undeliverable to incomplete address on your invoice, buyer responsible for cost to reship and additional handling fee to correct issue. We do our best to confirm all address but correct information on invoice is buyer's responsibility.

~If you do not pick up your items on removal day, and we do not receive a shipping or relocate request, you will forfeit your item(s) even if you paid your invoice!

Invoices can be paid online or at Facility(we accept, cash, check, Mastercard or Visa) ($50 charge on all returned checks, $20 on CC purchases that return as NSF)
