• We are hoping to have gun transfers available on-site on removal days, however in the event we are unable to do them on-site, bidders will have to go to Code 4 in Spicer to complete paperwork and NICS check.(Code 4 is located just a few minutes away in Spicer, MN)

When you purchase a firearm, you will be required to pass a NICS check.   All firearms (no matter age) will require a NICS check.  Please be sure to allow time filling out required paperwork to obtain firearm.  If you are purchasing a handgun or rifle with a pistol grip, you will be required to have a valid Permit to Purchase or Minnesota Conceal and Carry Permit.

Bidder Information MUST match your real name, ID will be required.

If paying with a credit card, the name on card must match your DL or ID.

Your DL and Permit to Purchase/Carry need to match your name/bidder profile.

$30 NIC/Transfer Charge of $30 will apply to each Firearm.

Please Note:  NICS check is still required even if you have Permit to Purchase/Carry.

We can ship Firearms; however the gun must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within your state of residence.  You may then get firearm from chosen FFL upon completion of ATF Form 4473 and NICS check, there may be additional fees which can vary from that listed on final invoice.

  **** Regardless how you choose to pay for your Auction Purchases-you WILL need to come to Kandiyoi Auction Center to Pay your transfer fee and get neccessary paperwork to transfer firearm at Code4. The bidder name/purcher and transfer person need to match. No exceptions

  Bidder Name must match who is picking up firearms. All Firearm Winners Will Have To Pass A Nics Test If They Can Not The Firearm Will Be Forfeited At Buyers “Bidders Expense"  If you don't think you  can pass, please refrain from bidding.

  Firearms can be shipped for a Handling Fee and Shipping Cost-This will be done by Code4 and can be arranged through them after contacting the Auction Center.

• We are not a storage facility. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the KAC and will be condsidered abandoned unless arrangements were made WITHIN 24 Hours of auction close. Late removal appointments may  require an additional charge up to $20.00 payable when picking up item(s) and before they are removed from facility.

• If no contact made to schedule late removal and/or you just show up after removal to get items (this includes shipping requests) items can/will be considered abandoned.

• Payment types accepted: Cash, Credit Card(MasterCard, Visa) Checks payable to Kandiyohi Auction Center (There is a $50 Return Check Fee and $20 fee if card comes up NSF)
• Shipping: Please view the SHIPPING TAB for more information, and always L@@k to see if an item is shippable before bidding. We do our best to mark all shippables correctly, please note, we do not ship framed pictures, ammunition, primers or powder,or liquids. If your item is large, note that it will most likely be an oversized package.~Buyer is responsible for Handling ($8 per lot ) AND the actual cost of shipping.  If you purchase multiple lots or coins, we will take in to consideration reducing Handling fees, we  appreciate you bidding)  All Shipping on Firearms is done through  Code 4 in Spicer, MN and we will get bidders their information when needed.
• We do our best to make sure all descriptions/pictures are accurate and match, please be sure to look at both when bidding.  If questions or mistakes, please don't hesitate to contact us.
• As with all K-BID.com auctions, the Buyer is responsible to inspect All items prior to Bidding.  Bidder's responsibility to test all electrical items(we will as facility check items when we can and list in description). We encourage you to come on inspection day to see these items (if you can't make inspection day give us a call. We'd be happy to set up a time that works for you and us).

• Items must be paid for by the removal date, we are not a storage facility.. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the KAC unless arrangements were made WITHIN 24 Hours of auction close. Late removal appointments will require an additional charge of $20.00 payable when picking up item(s) and before they are removed from facility.

• Please note: Item removal is the responsibility of the buyer and is done at the buyer's risk. Staff will help in locating items but are not responsible for getting items loaded into vehicles. Buyers are responsible for bringing a vehicle large enough to accommodate items, and help for neatly removing and loading your items if needed, as well as any boxes/rachets/securing materials that are needed.  We DO NOT have tools available readily to assist you and a $20 fee per lot will incur if we are needed to Lift-Move-Load for you. This is payable before items leave facility.  Please be prepared with the proper assistance to retrieve your items.

• Any items that have been paid for and not picked up on scheduled removal day will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made with Kyle or Becky within 24 hours of auction close.

• Kandiyohi Auction Center is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items that are not picked up on designated pick-up day(s)
