This auction is contracted and managed by Advanced Sales, and they are the Dealer of Record for titled and registered items in this sale, DLR24913. This affiliate accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, NO CHECKS.  Credit Cards are accepted up to $5,000.00. By placing a bid on this auction you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed below in addition to K-BID user terms.  For auctions contracted and managed by an Independent Affiliate, K-BID Online, Inc. is acting as a venue only and will not be involved in any disputes or issues regarding this auction. Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected. At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

 Removal Day Is NOT Inspection Day! Once a bid is placed, you are obligated to purchase if you are the winning bidder. Removal Day is not the time to "Change your mind" or decide you "Really don't like it". Failure to purchase for any reason will result in your bidder number being disabled and pending bids cancelled. Our fraud control system will NOT allow you to bid by creating another user account.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows.

Advanced Sales Late Payment fee is $20.00 for any payment past scheduled pick up time.

If a successful bidder makes payment on an item / purchase and does not pick it up on the scheduled removal date, or make arrangements for shipping, the item / purchase will be held for 14 consecutive days (The 14 days include Saturday and Sunday) If the buyer does not remove the item / purchase in the allotted 14-days,  the item / purchase will be considered abandoned and forfeited Advanced Sales will reserve the right to dispose of the item as desired. No credits / refunds / reimbursements will be given for items deemed abandoned / forfeited

Items paid for to be pick up latter will be held for 5 days and at 10 days you will be charged a $20.00 disposal fee and Items will become the property of Advanced Sales.

Shipping

Shipping for small lots only (no "contents lots" or large items) PLEASE CALL 218-862-2277 the day before pickup if you want your items shipped. We will be to busy the day of pickup to take payment on shipped items. Shipping will have a $10.00 minimum handling cost plus cost of actual shipping.
