Before your first bid

Buyer’s premium: A buyer’s premium is added to the final bid price (often 15%). BP is listed in each auction’s terms. Capped at $1,500 per item (real estate excluded).

Example: $100 → $115 plus applicable sales tax.

Max bids are private

You can place the next required bid amount or a higher max bid. Max bids are hidden from all users and the system automatically bids for you only as needed, up to your limit.

Overtime

If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of an item closing, it will extend for another 3 minutes. This prevents bid sniping and gives everyone a fair chance.

As-is, where-is

Affiliates work hard to provide accurate photos and descriptions. Still, use inspection times when available and bid accordingly.

Pickup and shipping

Items may be picked up locally during the removal periods or shipped. Each item will indicate if shipping is available and removal dates are listed in each auction. Appointment removals are scheduled in your dashboard when required.

Payment

Your card on file is not automatically charged. Payment is handled based on the auction terms and you may pay online or at the removal location.
