This auction contains a Ford-F150 Extended cab pick up, a Quincy 25 HP Industrial Compressor (this item is NOT at our Gorham ave location), Engine Stands, Steel Racks, Restaurant Equipment, Truck Box, Rolling Ladders, Media Equipment and More.
The pick up dates for items won in this auction (all items EXCEPT Lot 2) is Wednesday, November 4th and Thursday, November 5th, 2015 between 8am and 7pm. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THAT DAY DURING THOSE TIMES, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER BIDDERS AND DO NOT BID. Please come to pick up with a vehicle appropriate for the size and number of items won. Bring extra people for carrying and lifting items into your vehicle if necessary. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: WE GIVE THINGS A QUICK ONCE OVER OR PLUG THINGS IN AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS, THEN WE REPORT THAT TO YOU. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT OFFER THAT AS A GUARANTEE. Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping: If you need your purchase shipped from this auction, please email Troy (troy@everydayshipping.com). Please include the name, location of auction, bidder number, phone number and brief description of items to pickup. You can also forward your email auction bidder receipt which has all the info Everyday Shipping needs. Everyday Shipping generally makes one pickup per week at each location. Your order is ready to ship when you receive a Paypal email invoice for shipping. Shipping Estimates: If you need an estimate before the auction closes, email Everyday Shipping with your ship to zip code as well as the info listed above.
