This auction has new scratch and dent sofas, dining room tables and chairs, cribs, new children's denim jackets, and used household miscellaneous items.
Inspections are by appointment only. Please contact Jon Grafsky at 651-263-2329 to schedule a showing.
Please note that all clothing items are non-taxable as according to tax guidelines.
If bidders cannot make it on pick up day, please call to pay over the phone and we will arrange a pick up day that will be convenient for you. We will not take payments beyond pick up date. If you do not pay on pickup day you forfeit your item(s).
We know your schedules are hectic, but so is ours please be considerate of our time as we are of yours and call if you cannot make it to pick up. We do not have anyone on the premises to help load items so please bring help.
We are located in the old brewery warehouse between Arcade Street and Payne Ave on the East side of St. Paul. Look for the Everest LLC street sign. The building has a large LEASING sign on it, which can be clearly seen from the street. We are on the second floor.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available on furniture.
