A pallet jack and pallets will be available to move equipment to your vehicle at no charge. Loading dock is available. Winning bidders may bring their own forklift for use in loading large items, OR a forklift and certified driver will be available from the seller for a charge of $50.00 per hour, $50.00 minimum charge. Please bring a truck capable of loading and transporting large heavy items safely. All items MUST be paid for on the scheduled removal day, seller may be able to provide a later removal time for large items that will require special rigging. Buyer assumes all liability for loss, damage, and safe transport at time of payment. New And Used Sale LLC will provide shipping of items that will fit in a box that can be shipped through a package carrier at a reasonable cost, shipping or rigging of larger items must be arranged by buyer.

Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP). Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected. At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. Buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load. Auctioneer, New And Used Sale, LLC, and removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder. If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid. If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
