New- Means sealed package
Not Used- It is an open box item that has never been used (many open by us to verify contents most of them tools)
Used- Used item- we test/turn on the items that we can, if not able to test we will let you know in the description.
Customer Return Program- This items are new, customers canceled the order before it could be shipped and item can not be place back on inventory.
Seasonal-Discontinue Items- This items are new but most often we will open boxes to verify contents and condition of item .
We use Stock photos as well as actual photos on New items, and Open Boxes of items that require assembly. Please be sure to review all photos on the item.

If you are planning on having your item transferred for pick up at a different location of ours or would like to have it shipped or arranging your own shipping, as well as picking up on a later date you must pay in advance.
WE WILL ONLY HOLD PAID ITEMS FOR ! WEEK ONLY
Shipping is available to Wisconsin, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota.
The St Paul Store is Open Wed to Sat from 10 am to 5 PM.
Items not picked up or paid on the scheduled picked up day will be marked as a no show

WE WILL HOLD PAID ITEMS FOR 1 WEEK ONLY Items not removed during that time will be place in a future auction unless specific arragements are made.

Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.

Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
