Personal Property acquired by tax forfeit. Nothing in this sale was tested before listing. No power available to test or light goods. We will have portable power available to test goods at inspection, please come and inspect. Items are said to have been operating when disconnected, that was three years ago. Again, come and inspect. Bring portable lights ,(Flash Lights) to inspection. Appliances will need to be manipulated to get through doors, come inspect. Removal of through wall and wall mounted appliances must be done carefully and neatly. All appliances have pictures taken of Manufactures model plaques when possible. Google can be used to find exact specifications. Everything sold AS IS ; WHERE IS. If you do not understand this , call Mark for simple explanation. Everything must be removed on pick up day. Please plan accordingly. We will make exception for through wall vent system. If it can not be removed in one day , buyer will be permitted to return next day to complete. All other items must be picked up during removal hours. If you are winning bidder and can not pick up on designated day , you still must pay and goods will be considered abandoned at end of day. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is not available for this auction.
