There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP).
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.
PHOTOS: The photos are visual aids to the description of a lot. They do not serve as a replacement for the written description. Everything included in a lot is listed in the description and not determined by the photo. Everything in the photo is not included in the lot, unless specified. This is because, more often than not, we are not able to filter out background items when we take photos of our lots. PREVIEW: Please take advantage of the inspection date/ time to preview intended bid purchases. Although we do our best to describe our lots properly, your personal preview will help you determine the quality of the lot best. Please note that if you call to ask a question about an item, chances are that I am not in front of that item to answer that question to the best of my ability. Again, everything is AS IS. No warranties. Items that I test, will be listed as 'tested- works' or 'tested- doesn't work'. Items I test may have functioned at the time I tested it, however, keep in mind that auction items are preowned and/or used so there is the probability they could develop issues at any time.
You will be required to purchase the item, if you are the winning bidder, even if the item is not what you expected from the photos and description, so I highly recommend you to attend the inspection.
PICK UP: Please do not place bids on any lots if you are not able to pick up on the date/ time/ location listed UNLESS you are able to arrange for pick up at a different time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you arrange for a different pick up time, you are required to pay in full the day of the allotted pick up day. There will also be a $5.00 per lot per day fee assessed for storage and we are not responsible for loss, theft or damage. If you do not pick up at the alternate arranged pick up, your items will be considered abandoned and your money will NOT be refunded.

Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
