This auction contains 300, 500 and 1000 gallon steel holding tanks that held diesel fuel or gasoline. Most of the tanks have pumps-the pumps run on 110V or 12 V or by gas engine. All pumps that are 110V were tested and powered up-we called them working in our descriptions. They could not be tested further because there was no fuel in the tanks. We did not bring a portable battery to check the pumps that ran on 12V power, so we listed them as not tested.
THERE WILL BE AN ON SITE INSPECTION OPPORTUNITY ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 1ST, FROM 10:30 am UNTIL NOON.
A boom truck will be onsite for removal. We will load your items on to your vehicle but please bring the right vehicle and tie downs to get your items home. No load out assistance will be available other than the boom truck so be prepared to handle everything else yourself. A cashier will be on site.
THIS IS AND OFF SITE LOAD OUT AND IS A SECURED AREA. WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE AREA AFTER THE LOAD OUT DAY AND TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE LOAD OUT DAY OR TIME WILL BE MADE FOR ANY REASON SO PLEASE DON'T ASK.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
